Anna is a Hereis within Helios and is often seen accompanying Chevel. They do not speak much, but they seem to follow Chevel out of affection rather than fear or the desire to share his influences. They worry over Chevel as demonstrated when they were teleported to Ishuella and could not find him.[1]
Ben is the younger brother of Lin Noa. He seems to be close to her, mentioning that he has missed her ever since she started attending Helios. He has also stated that he's been written many letters addressed to her, but when he went to send them, he was denied due to Helios' strict security. He was then helped by Rood, a person he is on friendly terms with.
Cynthia is a Hereis who's friends with Linus. He does not speak much and seems to be the opposite of Linus, as shown by their polar opposite reactions when meeting the Black Magician; Linus babbles non-stop in admiration, while Cynthia becomes too shy to do anything except give the Black Magician his name.[2] Cynthia utilizes magic by conducting it through a staff-like object.[3]
Dan Marshell is 32 years of age and is a typical playboy. He was the man who tried to steal [Shajan's Heart] during the Auction, and was also Rood's target for his mission.
[Cloak] is Dan Marshell's awakened name. His eyes turned bright violet and his aura covers most of his body.
Deon is usually seen with Professor Orphell and is one of the magicians who have come to Helios in order to investigate the Ishuella incident. He does not seem to be fond of Shicmuon, saying that he still gets frustrated whenever he remembers the [Ekaren] incident from three years prior.
She is Lidusis' mother and a duchess within the empire. She is also the one who requested Opion to send someone to help his son fit in better at school.[4]
Duke Artian and Marquis Hadelio are known to be on bad terms. Master thought this to be the reason why Chevel and Lidusis have a bad relationship; because of the enmity of the two families.
Fran, along with Lispen, was guarding the Duchess on the road to Opion so she may request a mission. Unlike Lispen who is very quiet, Fran is the comical type and openly says whatever is on his mind.
Professor Heil was a teacher at Helios and was in charge of Rood's class. It is later revealed that he is actually the one behind the Ishuella incident and was planning to murder his students for reasons currently unknown.[5] His awakened name is [Venus], which changes his physical appearance into a demon look alike.[6] It was hinted to be a power given to him. As said by Blow, the latter's powers were unfit for him since he doesn't know how to use it properly.
Ibriel is Chevel's younger sister. She also played with Lidusis when she was still alive. It seems that her ulterior motive for this was her desire for Chevel and Lidusis to become close friends.[7]
Kan is a professor at Helios and has taught Rood's class at one point in time.[8] They are a kind-hearted person but can become easily flustered. Although they are not good at combat magic, they excel at defensive magic. Their awaken name is [Damion]. In their awakened form, their hair turns white.[9]
Karina is a Hereis attending Helios and she is a self proclaimed specialist at using recording stones. Two of her fellow Hereis have mentioned that Shicmuon is her type of guy.
Marquis Hadelio is Chevel Phon Hadelio's father, and is your average, typical father as he was very protective over his son and kept pestering the other Tower magicians to find him when they were in Ishuella. [10] He was sent to Ishuella in order to rescue the students that were transported there by Professor Heil.[11] He is then sent to Helios later on when the demon's barrier was put up around the school.
She is the empire's princess and is attending Helios as a Klad. She has two attendants, Rom and Tessiana Rowell, both of which have permission to guard her at school. Since she is the empire's princess, her safety always comes first, and along with that, she does not have to listen to anyone in a case of emergency.[12]
Ren is a member of Opion and works as the Master's secretary, however, she has been noted by Van that she is not a magician.She is also one of the few people who knows of Rood's true identity.
Rom is one of Princess Yutiarien's imperial guards and works along side Tessiana, but like Tessiana, he is protective towards the Princess; always thinking ahead and acts before anything happens to her. But unlike Rowell, he is a nagger,[13] something in which the Princess dislikes.
Rune and Ran are guards working under the Nuadly family. They are identical twins, only to be distinguished by which side their ponytail is present on. Rune's ponytail is on the RIGHT, while Ran's is on the LEFT.
Seren is known for her bad-temper and hate for strangers. Although her personality is like this, she has taken a liking towards Blow. This could be due to the fact that he saved her during the time a demon attacked the carriage she was riding in.
